The Company received a notification of exercise of 360,000 warrants issued as part of the placing announced on 17 March 2008. Application will be made for 360,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 22 October 2008.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue and therefore the total number of voting rights following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares mentioned above is 181,303,419.
